You can ask for the cancellation of the order once this one received, under certain conditions detailed below :

An order can be cancelled for several reasons :

If your order were cancelled entirely, your card was credited back.

- For the books : brilliant and intact cover, included jacket if necessary, no missing pages nor folded, no annotations, intact binding.
- For CD, VHS, DVD and video games : always in the original case without stripes nor wear. All the faces of the product must be impeccable, complete Product.
Very good state
- For the books : very light marks on the cover, included t included if necessary, no missing pages nor folded, no annotations of the text, minimal wear.
- For CD, VHS, DVD and video games : no apparent damage on the case, the small pocket and the product, included note of use, intact teeth of the CD case, no "snow" nor jump of the VHS band or the CD and DVD tracks.
Good state
- For the books : tiny damage on the cover (some marks but not tear), jacket necessarily not included, no missing page (some possible discrete folds) nor annotation, minimal wear of the binding.
- For CD, VHS, DVD and video games : minor damage on the product or the case (stripes or annotations), small pocket and instruction card included, no "snow" nor jump of the VHS band or the CD and DVD tracks.
Correct state
- For the books : some degradations on the cover, annotations but no missing pages, slightly damaged binding.
- For CD, VHS, DVD and video games : damaged small pocket, instruction card inevitably not included.
If you estimate that the real state of your product is really different from the one estimated by the shop. I.e., if there is a difference in at least two ranks (for example a product in good state declared like new), we invite you to carry out a complaint under the heading

The product data sheets can be rejected if the product does not belong to a shelf of Mercaway or if the communicated information is insufficient (for example title = "Volume II" instead of "My life, my work Volume II".
In a preoccupation of effectiveness and clearness, Mercaway does not make it possible to sell the products for which the shelf does not exist already on the site.

To put a product in a shelf, it is enough to select a shelf available in the data sheet of this product, directly from your catalogue. The setting in the shelf is free and immediate.
Only the products whose the product data sheet has one or more image(s) can be put in a shelf. If you have the possibility to scan the small pocket, the cover or the box of your product, you can submit this image by clicking on the button "Browse", present on the data sheet of the product, directly from your catalogue.
The products will remain in the shelf until you remove them yourself by clicking on the button "Remove".
You can put in the shelf an unlimited number of products.
To modify your stock, go in the heading "My Catalogue" of your account.
You will be able to modify an advertisement, to remove a product, to put a product in the shelf or to propose a photograph.
By registering yourself during your first use of the site, you record your name, physical address, phone number and email address. This information is necessary in order to secure the site and to be able to address your orders and your payments to you.
